Tiering of Offenses for Sex Offenders in Pennsylvania

SORNA states that specific offenses be classified based on the nature of the offense of conviction. Pennsylvania’s registration scheme includes a three-tier classification system for offenses classified under Tier I, Tier II, or Tier III.
