Following his DUI arrest, the client refused to submit to chemical testing of his blood.  Thereafter, PennDOT suspended the Client’s driver’s license for one year.

Skinner Law Firm filed an appeal of the suspension and successfully argued that the Client was not properly advised of the ‘Implied Consent Warnings. The client’s license suspension was overturned.
